Hampton Inn Chicago Downtown/N Loop/Michigan Ave

“The hotel exterior and lobby area are gorgeous to look at. It’s such a perfect, walkable location to many spots in the city or to train and bus lines for exploration. The staff were all super friendly and helpful when we had an issue with our room’s AC not working. They got us moved to a new one pretty quickly and without any fuss. They continental breakfast was not very good. Fine if you need to grab something quick on the go, but we elected to find other places to eat the other days we were visiting.”

“Great small hotel, in the middle of everything. Red line and blue line trains are a very short 8 min walk to and from hotel. Rooms are small but it is an old hotel. I was on the 4th floor and did not hear all the noise others have posted about. Breakfast was your standard Hampton inn Breakfast, with eggs , oatmeal and waffles. Check in was easy and when I come back to Chicago, I will definitely stay here again.”

“Hubby & I stayed here on our 38th wedding anniversary. I have OCD and I'm very particular about cleanliness. This place met my stringent demands. It is close enough to walk around and see the local attractions. Decent breakfast included. They had helpful staff that watched our luggage after checkout until we could catch our late night train..”

“Everything was great from check in to check out. All the staff was so helpful and friendly, even housekeeping. I called the front desk and asked for things and they brought it right away. Room and shower was clean. Great location and close to everything! Only wish the rooms had microwaves but over is a great stay! Oh and shoutout to Dionte, he was awesome!”
